Hi, I’m John Wells, owner of AllClear Services, LLC.

I bring a unique perspective to home inspections with my background as a former realtor, former truck driver, and safety manager for the trucking company. My experience in real estate helps me understand what buyers and sellers need to know, while my hands-on work background has trained me to pay attention to detail and spot issues others might miss.

Outside of work, I’m a family man—happily married, with four adult children and seven grandchildren. I enjoy spending time at our country home and cooking for my family whenever I get the chance.

Starting this business is something I’ve looked forward to for years, and I’m proud to now provide a service that helps people make informed, confident decisions about their homes.

I am a licensed home inspector in Ohio, and every inspection follows a strong code of ethics along with a clear service agreement. That means you’ll always know what to expect, what’s included, and how the process works.
